Sara is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team. She has been advising clients since 2019. She specialises in intellectual property law, including patents, supplementary protection certificates, industrial designs, trademarks, copyrights. She also advises on combating unfair competition law.

Sara combines litigation experience with IP expertise, with over 3 years’ experience in intellectual property law and over 5 years’ experience in civil litigation. 
She advises Polish and international clients at all stages of court proceedings in cases concerning IP rights' infringement. She also participates in the development of strategies for the protection and maintenance of the IP rights.

Sara also supports clients with pre‑launch product clearance to identify and mitigate IP legal risks associated with the launch. 
She has experience with clients from the pharmaceutical, retail and tobacco sectors.

Before joining OC, Sara gained her professional experience in a renowned boutique law firm specialising in IP.
