Sara joined Osborne Clarke Spain in June 2012 and specialises in corporate and commercial law.
She has experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and advising on general corporate matters. Sara also has expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements.
Educated at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, she graduated in 2007 and holds law and economics degrees. She completed her education with a two-year programme in corporate law offered by the Academy of Studies of Garrigues, with the collaboration of Harvard Law School.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in June 2012, Sara worked as a corporate lawyer at Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
