Rose is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering Disputes & Risk team. Rose advises on a broad range of disputes and is experienced in helping clients to manage their project and litigation risk to a pragmatic and commercial outcome.

Rose regularly advises clients across the Real Estate and Infrastructure and the Energy and Utilities sectors. Her sector expertise enables her to provide strategic and pragmatic advice to clients.

Rose has worked with a wide range of clients across the industry including employers, major contractors, developers and investors across an equally diverse range of projects from residential blocks to nuclear power stations.

Rose has adopted and acted in litigation, adjudication and mediation choosing the most appropriate for the commercial needs of the client in each case. Rose has worked with a variety of bespoke and standard form contracts, and she is skilled at advising on the JCT and NEC forms in particular.

Rose also works closely with client teams on live projects providing counsel on risk management and dispute avoidance. She appreciates the importance of on-site relationships and does not advise from a legal ivory tower.

Rose is a member of the Society of Construction Law and holds higher rights of audience as a Solicitor Advocate.
