Richard advises international corporations, private capital investors and financial institutions on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, including private and public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, equity issues and restructurings.

He was also named a Rising Star Partner for M&A in Singapore by IFLR1000 in 2023 and 2024.
