Rebecca Darby

Rebecca specialises in contentious financial services work and advises clients on all forms of dispute resolution and litigation, including investigations and enforcement action by regulators and general banking litigation.

Rebecca has a broad range of experience in financial services and dispute resolution having acted for a number of high street retail banks and financial services firms. 

Rebecca has had two secondments to the litigation and investigations department of a high street retail bank and was seconded to the legal department of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for 8 months in 2021.

Rebecca also has a wider practice in general commercial litigation, including contractual claims, business disputes and business crime issues.
