Paweł Jochymczyk

Paweł Jochymczyk is a member of Osborne Clarke’s Banking & Finance team. He supports clients in negotiating loan documentation based on the LMA standard, in financing real estate, renewable energy and infrastructure projects, as well as in municipal and corporate bond issuances — acting for both issuers and bondholders. He has participated in the debt restructuring of companies belonging to a capital group in the chemical industry.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, he gained experience at a renowned international law firm, advising both lenders and borrowers.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is currently studying business finance and accounting. He is a first-year advocate trainee.
