Nick is an employment lawyer, advising on a wide range of issues.
These include unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, disciplinary issues, grievances and TUPE. He also advises on the employment law issues that arise in corporate transactions.
He studied history at Bristol University and after graduating spent a year travelling around South East Asia. He went on to complete the GDL and LPC at the University of the West of England.
Nick joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2010 and went on to qualify into the Employment team in March 2012.
