Lucy is an Associate in our Commercial team, based in London. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters including advertising, commercial contracts, digital regulation, e-commerce and consumer law compliance. Lucy regularly works on multijurisdictional compliance projects and supports clients across our core sectors including the Retail & Consumer, Financial Services and Technology, Media and Communications sectors.

Lucy joined Osborne Clarke as a Trainee in September 2023 and qualified into our Commercial team in September 2025. During her training, she spent six months on secondment at a leading global beauty and personal care company. Her role required her to assist their in-house Legal, Sustainability and Marketing teams on a range of intellectual property, commercial and regulatory matters, including sponsorship contracts, advertising campaigns and consumer regulation.
