She acts for property companies, lenders, developers and corporate occupiers on all aspects of real estate law, with a particular emphasis on the industrial and retail sectors. Her expertise includes advising on investment transactions including portfolio deals, development projects and real estate finance.

Louise’s clients value her ability to manage large and complex transactions with lots of moving parts and cut to the heart of the matter to bring about speedy and commercial resolutions. Advising on all matters at Magna Park, Milton Keynes, IDI Gazeley’s flagship logistics and distribution park, including the pre-letting and forward funding of four units to John Lewis and Waitrose totalling over 2 million square feet.

Carrying out real estate due diligence in relation to a number of high profile loan book acquisitions, including the £4bn former Eurohypo loan book from Commerzbank and the $32bn GE loan book.


Acting for Redevco in relation to its UK portfolio including a number of portfolio disposals and the acquisition of a multi let retail investment in vibrant Redchurch Street, Shoreditch.

HSS Hire Service Group
