Laura is an Associate in our Intellectual Property Disputes team, based in London, UK. She advises on a broad range of IP matters, including patent disputes in the life sciences and technology sectors, and brand protection.

Laura trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2026. She was seconded for six months to BioNTech SE, focusing on IP licensing and collaboration agreements.

Laura also has an interest in the interactive entertainment sector, with a focus on loot box regulation.

Notable experience

  • Supported Amgen in High Court proceedings in relation to the launch of Amgen's product BEKEMV® (eculizumab)
  • Supported a US tech client in High Court litigation relating to trade mark infringement and passing off.
