Joe is an Associate in our Real Estate Dispute & Risk team. He acts for a variety of clients in the built environment, retail & consumer and energy & utilities sectors.

He advises on a broad range of matters including rights to light, commercial lease renewals, and issues arising out of commercial property contracts.

Joe has acted for both claimants and defendants in an array of contentious property matters. Most notably, Joe has acted for large developers and retail clients in rights to light disputes, and advised on commercial landlord and tenant disputes in a variety of sectors.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Joe joined Osborne Clarke in September 2023 when he qualified as a solicitor.
