Gargi is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. She focuses extensively on data protection, privacy compliance and digital regulation.

Gargi's practice covers a wide range of data protection related issues, including advising clients on day-to-day data protection compliance, drafting data sharing agreements, advising on international data transfer requirements, data subject requests and compliance with direct marketing and cookie laws.  

Gargi advises clients in a broad range of sectors, including clients in the Technology, Media and Communications, Retail and Financial sectors.
