Gabriella Polledri
Gabriella is a Senior Associate (and solicitor-advocate) in Osborne Clarke's Commercial Disputes team. She advises clients on complex, high-value, commercial and corporate disputes across various sectors including energy and energy transition, technology, the built environment, and financial services.
She has extensive experience of advising and representing major international companies in both cross-border and domestic disputes and has litigated matters in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Her practice includes advising clients in respect of multi-party claims, and she has considerable experience of defending complex collective actions in the High Court.
Gabriella previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills for six years, before joining Osborne Clarke in October 2018.
