Esme is an Associate in our Real Estate team in London.

She advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, landlord and tenant and real estate finance. She has a particular interest in renewable energy projects and decarbonisation.

Esme studied History at Newcastle University before completing the legal conversion courses at BPP Law School. She qualified at a US law firm in London and joined our Real Estate team in March 2025. 

Acquisition of seven care homes

Assisted on the financing of an acquisition of seven care homes under tight time pressure, with a total value of £63m.
