Arne Hildebrandt advises national and international clients on civil law disputes, with a particular focus on the energy sector.

Arne represents his clients in pre-litigation disputes through to court and arbitration proceedings. His practice centres on energy law, covering corporate disputes and those arising from project development. He also has particular expertise in interim injunction proceedings, acting both for applicants and respondents.

He has been working at Osborne Clarke's Hamburg office since June 2022. Prior to this, he studied law with an additional qualification in economics at the University of Osnabrück, specialising in European and International Private Law.

Arne has been recognised in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Germany™ for Litigation in 2027.
