Alex is an Associate in the Banking and Finance team in our London office. He advises alternative lenders, banks and a range of borrowers on a variety of senior and mezzanine debt, investment and development funding.

He has experience across bilateral, syndicated and cross-border financing transactions covering general corporate lending, real estate finance and acquisition and leveraged finance.

Alex joined Osborne Clarke in August 2021. He has previously worked offshore and has experience with BVI and Jersey transactions.
