Osborne Clarke advises Valliance on $15 million growth equity funding and launch

Published on 16th December 2025

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised UK-based AI consultancy platform Valliance on its $15 million growth equity round led by international private equity firm Siguler Guff & Company, LP.

The Company was founded by digital transformation experts Tarek Nseir, Rad Parvin, and Anita Rajdev, who each previously launched and scaled high-growth businesses before exiting them to strategic buyers. Valliance launches with this growth equity raise and the deal sees Siguler Guff’s Shaun Khubchandani and Justin Eskind join Valliance’s board.

Valliance was founded to tackle the huge levels of wasted business spend on AI consultancy, following research that showed traditional models of consultancy were over-promising and under-delivering on AI-related results. Valliance offers a value-driven approach centred on shared success and concrete, measurable results.

The Company intends to use the funding to expand its teams in the UK and the Netherlands, with plans to hire 80 AI specialists by 2026 and reach €100M in revenue by 2030.

"We chose the team at OC as they had supported us in a number of corporate transactions over our careers. Chris and Uday are a formidable team."

“We are proud to have supported Valliance on its growth equity funding and launch. With its value-based pricing and emphasis on shared success, Valliance offers a radical new model for AI consultancy, and we are excited to see how it transforms the market. We are particularly delighted to be working again with Tarek and Anita, for whom we previously acted on the successful sale of their previous high-growth business to a strategic buyer.”
