Osborne Clarke advises Track Titan on $5 million seed funding

Published on 15th December 2025

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Track Titan, the UK-based provider of an AI-powered online coaching platform, on its $5 million seed funding round.

Track Titan was founded in 2021 by gamer turned pro-racer Max Teichert. It analyses lap data to provide personalized insights for improvement for players of racing games, including F1, iRacing, ACC, and Assetto Corsa. It already has more than 200,000 users.

This round was co-led by global tech investment firm Partech and Game Changers Ventures, the fund led by Alpine F1 co-owner Roger Ehrenberg. High-profile investors include former professional cricketer and TV personality Freddie Flintoff, existing investor APX (a joint venture by Axel Springer SE and Porsche AG), Sequel, On CEO Martin Hoffmann, and Third Bridge Founder Emmanuel Tahar.

The platform, which has the stated ambition of being ‘the Strava for motorsport’, will use the funds to expand its operations and development efforts.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Corporate partner Mathias Loertscher and senior associate Uday Mehra, with support from associate Aaron Ewart.

"Mathias, Uday and the wider OC team have been crucial for the success of this round. They were extremely responsive, provided quality advice and - crucially - had a no BS attitude to quickly turning complex legal topics into plain English so the process actually fit into our general start-up workflow."

Max Teichart, Founder of Track Titan

“We were delighted to support Track Titan in this successful funding round. In the four years since its launch, the company has already attracted hundreds of thousands of users, from gamers to professional drivers wanting to enhance their training routines. This investment marks a bold step towards Track Titan’s ambition to be the go-to digital coach and community for the millions of motorsport gamers around the world.”
