Osborne Clarke advised Ganni on the acquisition of a leasehold right from a first-rank international retailer and the negotiation of a new commercial lease with the landlord for commercial premises located in the Parisian district of Le Marais.

Located at 118 rue Vieille du Temple, in the 3rd district, the shop has an area of approx. 230 square meters spread over two floors.

Ganni, a premium Danish brand of contemporary ready-to-wear clothing (D and N Reffstrup and Private equity firm L Catterton), will open its first flagship store in France at this location on March 17, 2022.

This opening is part of the label’s global expansion and the continued development of its community in the French market.
