Osborne Clarke advises Conceria Pasubio in its acquisition of Hewa Leder GmbH

Osborne Clarke, with partners Alessandro Villa and Stefano Guerreschi, and partner Matthias Elser from the Munich office, assisted Conceria Pasubio S.p.A. in its acquisition of the entire share capital of Hewa Leder GmbH, a German tannery, leader in the production of high quality leathers intended mainly for the automotive sector.
For Conceria Pasubio S.p.A., one of the main players worldwide in the production of leather, this is a strategically important acquisition for the development of its core business and a further step in the process of an ever greater internalisation of its activities.
