Osborne Clarke has advised Nexxen Media Pte. Ltd in its recent second investment in VIDAA (Netherlands) International Holdings B.V. bring its total investment in VIDAA to USD 60 million.

The Osborne Clarke core deal team consisted of Partner Geoffrey Beurskens and Associate Levi Schutz.
