Victoria Murrant

Victoria joined Osborne Clarke in 2014 and is an experienced Associate Director within the Real Estate team specialising in Landlord and Tenant and investment transactions.

She acts for corporate occupiers on complex lettings, including HQ relocations, and has a particular focus on life sciences and healthcare.  As part of her corporate occupier practice, Victoria also advises well known retailers and flexible office space providers.

Victoria is the Account Manager for a number of investment clients and works closely with investors such as pension funds and REITs a on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and the asset management of large property portfolios.
