Siân is a Senior Associate in our Property Disputes team. She advises on a range of contentious property matters and specialises in advising on disputes under the Electronic Communications Code. Her expertise includes acting for clients in relation to disputes in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).

Siân also advises on a variety of real property issues, with a focus on developer and energy disputes. She regularly works with clients on issues such as breaches of restrictive covenants, trespass claims, breaches of contract, boundary disputes, rights of way and easement issues.

Siân also has experience acting on behalf of retailers in relation to all aspects of their property portfolios, including 1954 Act renewals and general estate management.
 

Telecoms operator

Acted for a telecoms operator to successfully defend an opposed 1954 Act ground (g) termination claim, with the opposition being withdrawn just before the trial was due to take place.

Large national retailer

Acts for a large national retailer in relation to all aspects of their property portfolio, including 1954 Act renewal claims, dilapidations claims, rent review disputes and adverse possession claims.

National utilities provider

Acts for a national utilities provider in relation to compensation claim brought in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
