Robert Araschmid is part of the Dispute Resolution practice group at Osborne Clarke. He advises and represents parties in national and international civil and commercial litigation.

His activities range from out-of-court advice, including the development of solution strategies to avoid conflict, to representation in court.

After completing his studies at the Westphalian-Wilhelms-University in Münster, Robert completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. At the same time, he began writing a doctoral thesis at the University of Cologne. After gaining experience in various areas as a trainee and junior lawyer in various law firms and public institutions, he joined Osborne Clarke as a lawyer in 2023.
