Richard Martin

Rich is an Associate in our property disputes team in Bristol.

Rich has experience across a broad range of contentious property matters, including commercial landlord & tenant disputes under the 1954 act, dilapidations, forfeiture, and recovery of rent and service charge arrears. Rich also advises on most aspects of the Electronic Communications Code.

He has a particular interest in real property and developer disputes, including disputes relating to rights and covenants, boundary issues, breaches of contract and trespass.

I am an active member of Osborne Clarke's pro bono team, volunteering my time on specific projects and supporting the firm's pro bono efforts in general. Osborne Clarke provide pro bono support to a wide-ranging and diverse mix of charities and non-governmental organisations, and I find being part of the team incredibly rewarding.
