Pelin is an Associate in our Construction and Engineering Disputes team. She specialises in cross-border disputes and has been involved in cases conducted before ICC and ICSID. Her clients operate all around the world, including the United States, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

A Turkish qualified lawyer since 2019, Pelin has also represented clients in complex disputes conducted before the Turkish civil and commercial courts.

Pelin has been advising clients on the major standard form construction contracts including JCT and FIDIC in relation to various types of disputes including delay, defects and variations.

Pelin her completed her master's degree in International Dispute Resolution at City University of London in 2022. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as an Associate in a law firm based in Istanbul and spent one year on secondment with a leading Turkish façade contractor in their London office.

She is a member of Society of Construction Law Turkey and Society of Construction Law UK.
