Nick is a senior employment lawyer with a particular focus on the Financial Services and Real Estate & Infrastructure sectors.

Nick advises on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including employment contracts, unfair dismissal, managing employee exits, redundancies, discrimination, disciplinary issues, grievances and TUPE. 

Nick has experience of managing employment tribunal claims in a cost-effective way (including exploring alternatives to litigation, such as mediation). 

Nick also regularly advises on the employment aspects of commercial and corporate transactions.

Nick joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2010 and went on to qualify into the Employment team in March 2012.
