Niall Shields

Niall primarily advises clients in the TMC sector on their commercial and regulatory arrangements.

Niall has a particular interest in platforms, and consumer facing businesses, at all levels within the sector, and regularly advises clients on a wide range of commercial and regulatory issues.

He also advises clients on data privacy, including managing projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Niall joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2020 having previously worked as a legal analyst for several years. Niall qualified into Osborne Clarke's Commercial team in 2022.
