Niall primarily advises clients in the technology, media and entertainment sectors on their commercial arrangements, particularly in the areas of data protection and regulatory compliance.
He also has experience of assisting clients with contract negotiation and vendor project management across multiple jurisdictions. Niall has a particular interest in the games industry and assisting developers, publishers and retailers within the sector.
Niall joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2020 having previously worked as a legal analyst for several years. Niall qualified into Osborne Clarke's Commercial team in 2022.
