Mathilda Davidson

Mathilda Davidson is an experienced life sciences and intellectual property licensing and transactional lawyer at Osborne Clarke. 

She advises on research collaborations, licensing, and IP transactional issues in the life sciences and wider IP industries. Mathilda has a particular focus on strategic research and development, collaboration, and licensing deals in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Mathilda advises life sciences business throughout the ecosystem, from multinational biopharma businesses to UK and European biotech companies, and has particular experience in market-leading, high-value complex collaborations, partnering deals and marketed product acquisitions/disposals.

She has also previously spent time on in-house secondment at Cancer Research Horizons (part of Cancer Research UK), advising on R&D partnerships with the UK and international research communities and commercialisation deals with industry.
