Luigi specialises in tax law.  

He advises both Italian and foreign companies, investment funds and other institutional investors on national and international direct and indirect taxation in relation to M&A, private equity, project finance, business reorganisations and other structured finance transactions. 

He also assists clients subject to tax audits, in dealing with the tax authorities.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Luigi worked with leading international legal and tax advisory firms.
