Krish Mistry is an Associate Director in our Corporate team with extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients. 

His expertise spans from advising publicly listed companies on high-profile acquisitions to supporting founders of family businesses during exits and providing strategic advice on complex corporate transactions.

Krish's practice is centred on cross-border M&A, encompassing both buy-side and sell-side transactions, joint ventures, and investments. He frequently advises on complex transactions across various sectors, with a notable focus on the retail and consumer sector.

Beyond his transactional expertise, Krish is dedicated to building enduring relationships with his clients, providing them with ongoing guidance through the various stages of their business.

Krish is also actively involved in our India Group, which focuses on advising Indian businesses in Europe and European businesses in India, and frequently provides advice to Indian corporates.
