Katrin Klein advises national and international companies in the digital media and software sector on IT and media law., including e-commerce and digital regulation. 

Her focus lies on platform regulation and consumer laws in Germany and the EU/EEA as well as media regulation and youth protection. Katrin has assisted several clients with the implementation of the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Interstate Media Treaty (MStV). She is also a FSK-certified youth protection officer.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Katrin studied law and political science in Münster and Kristiansand, Norway. 

During her legal traineeship, she worked at the European Commission in Brussels at the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers and at the Administrative Court in Düsseldorf.
