Kathryn is a real estate Partner at Osborne Clarke.

With more than twenty years’ experience acting for real estate clients on all aspects of investment and development, she has a deep network of contacts across the industry and extensive expertise in all types of real estate transactions and projects. Her clients include large real estate companies. She has a particular interest in advising on development projects in the industrial and distribution warehousing market, as well as developments of retail warehousing and mixed retail, leisure and residential schemes.

In addition, Kathryn has worked for clients on strategic land deals, both commercial and residential, through options, promotion agreements and collaboration agreements. She has also worked on a wide range of investment deals using a variety of different vehicles.

Her detailed understanding of the way the sector and its participate operate means she is renowned for her commercial approach to meeting her clients’ needs. Kathryn qualified as a lawyer in 1991 and has spent her entire career working with major real estate players. She was a partner at SJ Berwin before she joined Osborne Clarke as a Partner in 2002.
