He graduated from the Jagiellonian University Law School, where he defended his master's thesis on the transfer of personal data from the European Union to third countries. He gained international experience through scholarship stays in the UK at the University of Glasgow and the Czech Republic at Masaryk University.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Risk Management in Financial Institutions from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
