His previous experience in the energy sector gives him thorough knowledge of Polish and EU energy regulations, especially those related to alternative energy sources. Kacper offers consulting services to clients on packaging management and waste projects, with a focus on deposit return system (DRS) regulatory compliance.

He helps clients align and adapt their operational strategies to DRS, advises packaging recovery organisations on their obligations to achieve recycling targets, including issuing DPRs, EDPRs, and provides ongoing support to the food industry regarding packaging compliance.

Additionally, Kacper has experience with EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) projects, renewable energy sources, and the broader energy transition. His professional interests also include issues related to "green competition" – particularly from a state aid perspective.
