Joost Boer

Joost Boer is a Senior Associate in het Employment, Pensions and Incentives team in Amsterdam. 

Joost has extensive experience in employment law, with a specific focus on advising and litigating on complex employment law issues such as transfer of undertaking, collective bargaining agreements, and employee co-determination. He also deals with the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and individual and collective dismissal cases.

Joost further specializes in pension law and follows a specialization program to become a Certified Pension Lawyer.
