Johanna advises national and international companies on intellectual property and industrial property rights, with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

She drafts various contracts in this field and advises on both regulatory and civil law matters.

Johanna studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and at the University of Gdańsk in Poland. She completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. During this time, she gained experience in the healthcare and life sciences practice of a leading international law firm.

Since June 2026 Johanna is working as an associate at Osborne Clarke. Prior to this, she was employed as a research assistant at Osborne Clarke.
