Jakob Lamm

Jakob Lamm is a corporate and dispute resolution partner in the Stockholm office. 

Jakob Lamm advises clients in a variety of corporate law matters, such as corporate governance, shareholder issues and fund raising. His practice also includes advising clients in commercial disputes and representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Jakob Lamm holds a LL.M. from the University of Stockholm and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
