Jacqueline Öztürk advises clients on trade and distribution law as well as on the related competition law and represents clients in disputes in and out of court.

During her legal studies, she specialised in media, economic and intellectual property law. In addition to that she completed a combined bachelors degree of law and business (LL.B.), to gain further economic insights.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Jacqueline worked as a research assistant and legal trainee in the fields of antitrust, technology and litigation at three leading international law firms in Berlin and Brussels, among others.
