Hannah is an Associate in the IP Disputes team at Osborne Clarke and has a particular interest in biotech, healthcare and technology. Hannah advises clients on IP strategy, licensing and disputes, focusing on patent disputes in tech and life sciences. Hannah also assists clients with trade mark management and copyright advice.
Hannah holds a degree in natural sciences and has experience working in industry and as part of university research teams. Before studying law, Hannah worked as a strategy and contracts manager at Imperial College London; working with research groups, commercial industry partners and university spin-outs.
During a six-month secondment to BioNTech, Hannah worked as part of the in-house legal team to negotiate research collaboration agreements, IP licences and framework agreements for clinical trials.
Hannah has a Postgraduate Diploma in IP Law from the University of Oxford.
