Grace Baldry-Burman
I am the Director of Property and Workplace at Osborne Clarke, responsible for the firm’s UK property portfolio and workplace services across three offices, supporting approximately 1,600 colleagues.
I lead a multidisciplinary team across property, facilities management, workplace experience, plus, workplace health and safety, business continuity and sustainability, with responsibility for an annual budget of approximately £18 million. My role combines strategic property and workplace planning with commercial management, supplier performance, operational resilience and capital investment. I work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our workplaces support the firm’s business strategy, provide an excellent experience for our people and clients, and remain efficient, sustainable and fit for the future.
My career spans workplace and facilities management, customer experience, innovation and operational transformation across professional services, financial services and outsourced service providers. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, I was UK&I Workplace Lead at Cushman & Wakefield, where I led workplace services across its UK occupied office portfolio, and Colleague Experience Manager at Aviva, supporting workplace services across key London locations. Earlier in my career at Amey, I held operational, project management, customer experience and innovation roles, developing a strong foundation in commercial management, service improvement and stakeholder engagement. Throughout my career, I have focused on challenging established ways of working, building effective teams, improving service quality and delivering measurable commercial and operational results.
