Elena specialises in technology law, intellectual property, data protection and consumer law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

She assists Italian and international clients in navigating complex sector-specific regulatory frameworks, advising on the implementation of key EU digital legislation and GDPR-related aspects of commercial agreements and corporate transactions.

She also has experience in proceedings before the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM), particularly in matters concerning the fair compensation payable by information society service providers to press publishers under the Copyright Directive. She has gained first-hand in-house experience through a secondment at one of the world’s leading B2B marketplaces.

Elena obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) specialising in Intellectual Property and Information Law from King’s College London in 2022.
