He has been advising on pensions-related matters for over twenty years. His key specialism is in pensions advisory work for trustees of larger pensions schemes.
Chris has particular expertise in
- corporate reorganisations and scheme mergers;
- future and historic benefit design changes, including scheme closure projects;
- liability management and risk transfer exercises; and
- pensions disputes, rectification and construction and associated professional negligence claims.
