Carla Torresilla Spinella

Carla is an employment lawyer in the Paris office of Osborne Clarke.

She assists French and international companies with all aspects of employment law, in both advisory and litigation matters.

She holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law and Labour Relations (DPRT) from Panthéon-Assas University. 

She wrote a research dissertation on employer powers in relation to employees’ private and personal life.
