Carla Torresilla Spinella

Carla is an Employment lawyer in Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.

She advises both French and international clients on all aspects of employment law, providing support on both advisory and contentious matters.

Carla holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law and Labour Relations (DPRT) from Panthéon-Assas University. She wrote a research dissertation on employers’ powers in relation to employees’ private and personal lives.
