Baramee is a tax consultant in Osborne Clarke’s Singapore office, with nearly a decade of experience in tax practice. 

Originally qualified as a Thai lawyer, Baramee is involved in both Thai and international tax matters across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, Baramee worked at the Revenue Department of Thailand, where Baramee was involved in the development of international tax policy. Following this, Baramee held positions at a leading accounting firm and a boutique law firm in Thailand, advising clients on complex tax issues with both domestic and cross-border elements, also supporting them on tax compliance, and tax dispute resolution.

Baramee’s industry experience includes technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and retail.
