Anna advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

Her practice focuses on the termination of employment, providing employment law support for corporate transactions and due diligence reviews, transfers of undertakings, works council matters, and the use of artificial intelligence and employee data protection. She represents clients in employment law disputes, both in and out of court, including in negotiations with employees and works councils.

Her international background is evident in both her education and professional practice: Anna studied law in Munich and Warsaw and completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. She gained wide-ranging practical experience in employment law whilst working in the employment and social law department of an international automotive manufacturing group, at a major employers' association in the metal and electrical industries, and at the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York City. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, she worked as an employment lawyer at an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Anna has been based at Osborne Clarke's Munich office since 2026.
