Alicia is an Associate in our Pensions advisory team, supporting the team in all areas of pensions law and practice.

Alicia has experience in a wide range of pensions law matters and, in particular, day to day advisory work for trustees and employers, scheme documentation, alternative funding arrangements, corporate acquisitions, insolvencies, restructuring and wind-ups (inside and outside of the PPF), mergers, bulk transfers, and pensions litigation.

Alicia qualified into our Pensions team in September 2024, after joining Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in September 2022.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I have a real interest in decarbonisation and its impact on pension schemes, through green pensions initiatives and the transition to net zero.

I am also committed to Osborne Clarke's pro bono initiatives and passionate about giving back to the community. I have particularly enjoyed assisting Z2K with welfare benefit appeals, and the Rule 39 Project, which supports NGOs seeking urgent help to stop collective pushbacks of asylum seekers, and helps prevent extraditions of vulnerable individuals to countries where their human rights are at risk.
