Osborne Clarke Gender has been set up to create an environment that promotes greater gender diversity at Osborne Clarke. It aims to ingrain gender diversity in all aspects of our work and establish role models at all levels of the organisation.

The group is open for membership to all genders in any UK office, in both fee-earning and non-fee-earning roles, with men also encouraged to join and support any gender diversity initiatives. We hold a range of regular events, and share resources.
