Osborne Clarke BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) has been set up to help develop an inclusive and integrated environment for BAME people at Osborne Clarke. Open to all employees, the group provides a platform which inspires, supports and encourages BAME employees, whilst also raising awareness and debating issues facing the BAME community amongst both BAME and non-BAME members of the Osborne Clarke community.

Our mission is to:

  • Develop an awareness of BAME issues within the Osborne Clarke community.
  • Engage Osborne Clarke in the development of policies and initiatives to address BAME issues.
  • Promote the progression and development of BAME people at Osborne Clarke.
