We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Senior Associate in the IP Practice

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and providing substantive oversight of projects for the firm’s clients in the field of intellectual property (IP) law.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of IP, including drafting and reviewing legal documentation (contracts, legal opinions and applications to regulatory authorities).
- Actively participating in the Practice’s business development activities, including acquiring new clients, building relationships. and devising the firm’s development strategy in the field of IP
- Collaboration with the international integrated IP group Osborne Clarke on multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance projects.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a lawyer in the field of IP, in at least three of the following areas: copyright, patents, trade marks, unfair competition, regulatory market exclusivities, industrial design registration law, and the law on the registration of geographical indications and protected designations of origin.
- Advanced knowledge of intellectual property law.
- Registration on the roll of barristers or solicitors.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to formulate clear, business-oriented recommendations and to work as part of a project team.
- Comfortable working with technology and new digital tools.
The following would be an advantage:
- Postgraduate studies or a master’s degree obtained in English.
- Knowledge of civil and administrative proceedings.
- Knowledge of French or German.
